Dr. Sirisha Potluri is a passionate leader in lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition, certified through eCornell and internationally recognized for her work in chronic disease prevention and reversal—particularly for diabetes and heart disease.
Her evidence-based approach focuses on six core pillars: plant-based nutrition, regular physical activity, abstaining from harmful substances, stress reduction, restorative sleep, and weight management.
